Meet Andrew White
Founder & Chief Interior Designer and Remodeler
Andrew White is Method Development’s founder and chief interior designer and remodeler. Andrew first became interested in design and remodeling at the age of 16 when he keenly observed the work being done to build his father’s home. Andrew bought and renovated his first condo when he was in college studying business administration and management at San Diego State University. In 2003, Andrew began investing in San Diego properties, and in 2008 he started completing construction and remodeling projects in the area. In 2012, he founded Method Development. Today, Andrew has more than 400 custom remodels and more than 70 flips to his credit.
You may also recognize Andrew White as one of the co-hosts of the popular HGTV series Hot Properties: San Diego. On the show, Andrew helps top-ranked Realtor Seth O’Byrne and real estate agent Mia Tidwell create jaw-dropping high-end properties with his construction know-how and innovative design ideas.
